Contractual agreements for 2018 signed at ACSS
The signature of the contractual agreements with hospitals and local health units of the National Health System (NHS) for 2018 were signed at ACSS premises on 28 December. These contracts regulate the provision of healthcare in NHS providers and establish the financing mechanisms for these entities. The hospitals and local health units, integrated in the State Entrepreneurial sector, totalled 4.57 billion euros, + 3.2% more than in 2017.

NHS surgical activity reaches its highest value ever in 2016
The number of patients treated in the NHS reached the highest level ever in 2016, with 568,765 surgeries performed, 1,5% more than 2015, and 65,000 more than 2011.

Training Course to the new coding system ICD10CM/PCS
