ACSS is the Ministry of Health body responsible for issuing professional titles for Diagnostic and Therapeutic Technicians, Non-Conventional Therapeutics and Podiatrists.
Issuance of Professional Titles
List of Professions
Currently there are 18 regulated professions for Diagnostics and Therapeutic Technicians:
- Clinical and Public Health Analysis Technician
- Pathological, Cytological and Thanatological Anatomy Technician
- Audiology Technician
- Cardiopneumology Technician
- Pharmacy Technician
- Physiotherapist
- Oral Hygienist
- Neurophysiology Technician
- Dental Technician
- Orthoprothesics
- Orthoptic Technician
- Radiology Technician
- Radiation Therapy Technician
- Speech Therapist
- Occupational Therapist
- Nuclear Medicine Technician
- Environmental Health Technician
Also profession of:
ACSS also regulates Non-Conventional Therapeutics, area that includes seven (7) professions:
- Acupuncture;
- Phytotherapy;
- Naturopathy;
- Osteopathy;
- Chiropractic;
- Traditional Chinese Medicine
- Homeopathy (Pending regulation of study cycle).
Payment and documents delivery
Payment
- Registry and issuing of professional license: 60,00 €
- Issuance of 2nd professional license: 30,00 €
